After years of experiments and thanks to the Carlsberg partnership, we boast of being the first in southern Italy to have installed the carbon dioxide-free tapping system. Our beer is tapped through a complex air compression system, allowing the drink to flow without the need for gaseous pressure which inevitably contaminated its natural flavour, making it artificially carbonated. Thanks to this process the result obtained is a delicate, authentic, which avoids gastric discomfort.

The secret of our kitchen is just one: we love food, we love cooking, we love eating! Always looking for innovations, but keeping our local traditions. We use only quality meats from non-intensive farming of our partner “Salumificio Cillo” from Airola. High oleic oil for frying and extravirgin olive oil for cooking. We offer gluten free options such as artisanal bread, soufflé, beer, meatballs and vegan options, including the surprising Beyond Meat products.
